There is additional wooded area on each end of the property for outbuildings, treehouses, etc. The interior is in great shape but slightly dated and with some remodeling this place would make the perfect family home with an additional large (28x22) finished recreation/childrens room in the full basement. The large covered back porch (20x22) is my favorite feature (only slightly above the gas logs in the living room) and would be a great place to start or finish any day in any weather. Within 5 no hassle minutes of Dillsboro, Sylva or WCU. Great Home and Location.
