Tenants pay water and electric, unless the unit is furnished. We also have 1 car garages available for an additional fee.
We *do not* allow pets, and the lease will require no smoking indoors.
Application fee of $25 per applicant is due at time of application. We will run a background check and credit check on all applicants.
