Welcome to Aster Place, a newly renovated pet-friendly three-building apartment community offering modern luxury living just off Wayland Square. Aster Place is comprised of one and two-bedroom apartments as well as a private off-street parking lot.

As part of our comprehensive living experience, there is a $99 monthly community fee that covers community WiFi, trash removal, renters insurance, a resident rewards program, and credit building — making it easier to manage your monthly expenses.
