While taking pictures of this land, I rode up on two gobblers in the middle of this tract and saw multiple deer, including a stud. Woods surround it for miles, and this is a game-rich area full of deer, turkeys, and hogs. There is timber growing on this property, and some of it has been replanted. This land sits about a quarter mile north of Hwy 126 West. and around 12 miles from the town of Grayson. There isn't deeded access to this land, but Weyerhaeuser has roads leading to it.
