About Covington Station
We take pride in our jobs, our properties, and more importantly the trust our residents place in us by choosing to live here. Homestead Rental Properties LLC had its beginnings in 1993. Over the years we have evolved from a small number of apartments into a vast network of properties that reach throughout Kentucky and are continually expanding throughout the region. We continue to grow our network of communities by building 150-300 new apartment homes each year. We focus our construction on thriving medium size cities and remain dedicated to providing amenities usually found in developments found in larger cities.
