Our spacious apartments feature wall to wall carpets, dining area and lots of counter space. The various apartments either have a Balcony or Terrace with great courtyard views. Our 1 and 2 bedrooms include 1 bathroom, full kitchen, living room, ample closet space, range over, refrigerator, and cable ready, coin operated laundry rooms on site. Plenty of yard space with a park like setting, swing set, picnic areas and plenty of off street parking. Utilities are separate (except water & garbage). The local area supports one of the hottest Salmon fishing and hunting villages in northern New York. The village has many amenities just minutes away to include many restaurants, local stores, banks, and a variety of historic local attractions along the Salmon River, all conveniently off Highway I-81. Just a nice setting to come home to after the 40 hour work week grind.
