Flexible Move-In Incentives

Now leasin, move-in incentives may be available to qualified applicants, subject to a completed application and successful credit, background, and management approval. Available incentives include a reduced security deposit equal to one month’s rent for applicants with a minimum 650 credit score, as verified by the community’s screening provider. For two-bedroom residences only, incentives may include one month of free rent with a 14-month lease, two months of free rent with an 18-month lease, or a five percent reduction in monthly rent when the lease is fully executed within seven calendar days of the initial tour date. All incentives are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn prior to full lease execution. The reduced security deposit incentive may be combined with one other incentive; however, free rent and rent reduction offers may not be combined with one another. If a resident defaults on any lease obligation during the lease term, all incentives may be revoked
