Online eCheck & Direct Pull from your Bank Payments: $2.49 / transaction.
Online Debit Card Payments: $9.99 / transaction.
Credit Card Payments: 3.49% of payment amount / transaction.
Returned Payment & Non-Sufficient Funds: $30.00 / transaction (i.e. returned check or rejected electronic payment) plus the amount of any fees charged to Property Management by any financial institution as a result
of the check not being honored or payment rejected, plus any applicable late fee charges.
Administrative and processing fees are subject to change with a 30-day written notice. Some of these administrative and processing fees are set, charged and paid to third-party providers and are outside Property
Management control.
