Highway F Cole Camp, MO 65325

<p>Here is a much desired Cole Camp Missouri farm with Highway F frontage . What a great place to build that forever home! It has everything you would want in a farm. Williams creek is a beautiful live creek that runs 3/4 of& a mile through the farm. There are some really nice water holes for swimming or just spending time with the kids playing in the creek. The hunting here is way above the normal, there are tons of deer and turkey here and has been a fun place to hunt. The turkey hatch this year is great and already seeing little ones out and about. Its not uncommon to see 8-15 deer at a time in the fields, and have counted more. Even had a black bear on the farm last year!</p><p>Several ponds on the property including one that was built in between two food plots in the timber. Big deep pond with lots of water for the wildlife. The food plots will and attract all kinds of wildlife to them. It is in the Cole Camp School district, which is a very sought after school for your kids learning. Pipe fence along the Highway and a gate that was installed a couple years ago.
