Hollander

Hollander is a mixed-income community located in the heart of downtown Hartford, steps from Union Station, and across the street from the beautiful and expansive Bushnell Park. The six-story, 71-unit community offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes, and ground-floor retail spaces.

Each residence features a modern kitchen with dishwasher, oversized windows for an abundance of natural lighting, and central A/C. Community amenities include an inviting community room, on-site laundry facilities, and controlled access entry. Hollander's location is unmatched with direct access to public transportation, shopping, dining, and green spaces. Please note, Hollander does not allow pets.
