About Jamestown Manor
Located in Plain Township, this complex is comprised of 40 Apartments-6 Buildings. Amenities for all apartments include: two (2) Bedrooms, Fully Applianced Kitchen (Stove, Refrigerator,Dishwasher & Disposal ), Dining Room/Living Room combination with patio doors leading to the patio or balcony, one(1) Bath, large storage area, Air Conditioning , One Carport, Electric Heat and Plain Local Schools. Each unit is approximately 1,000 sq. ft. The Owners pay Water, Sewer, Trash removal and handles all lawn care and snow removal (parking lot and sidewalks) The Owners DO NOT accept Section 8 and require a one year minimum lease.
