Amenities for all Apartments include: Two (2) Bedrooms, Fully Applianced Kitchen (Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher and Disposal), Dining Room, Living Room with patio doors leading to the patio or balcony, 1 1/2 Baths, Washer/Dryer Hookup, Central Air, and Gas Heat. Each Unit is approximately 1,000 sq. ft. The Owner pays Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash Removal and handles all lawn care and snow removal (parking lot and sidewalks).
