Mountain Brook is a pet friendly community. Our policy is no more than two pets with a maximum individual weight up to 40 pounds or a combined weight of up to 70 pounds per household, additional fees and rules apply. All pets must observe leash laws and have updated medical records and vaccinations to be accepted.
Sevier County School District is an above average, public school district located in Sevierville, TN. It has 14,536 students in grades PK, K-12 with a student-teacher ratio of 14 to 1. Pi Beta Phi Elementary School is located approximately 900 feet away. Gatlinburg-Pittman Junior High and High School is approximately a 5 mile drive away.
