Welcome to Mountain View Apartments at 50 Mountain Avenue in Fairfield, Maine. We offer 28 one and two-bedroom/ one bath apartments in a newly renovated historic building set in a quiet, semi-rural location for ages 55 and over for residents who meet income restrictions.
Units average in size from 661 square feet for one bedroom and 867 square feet for two bedrooms. Each unit features a dining area and a full kitchen built on an open floor plan with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom for each unit has an oversize fiberglass shower fitted with grab bars to accommodate.
Kitchens and living areas are finished with luxury vinyl plank floors. Bathrooms have vinyl flooring and bedrooms are carpeted.
Rent includes forced hot water heat and hot water. Residents must pay for cable, electricity and internet. Rent costs and income restrictions may be found in the chart below.
Each unit comes with two parking spaces. Pets are welcome with certain restrictions.
