About the Builder
Since 1982, originating in Des Peres, E&M Development began constructing individual upscale homes on single lots in Des Peres, Kirkwood, Webster, Glendale, Frontenac and Ladue. It was inevitable we would search for larger parcels and begin development of communities of much larger size.
Venturing where the farm land existed, they found ourselves in Jefferson County. Currently building their fourth subdivision, Springbrook Farm in Barnhart, they remain encouraged by strong sales of our homes in these areas. Both staff and subcontractors are the reason E & M has shared the spotlight as one of the best builders in the St. Louis area. Office staff has remained the same for over 20 years knowing past and present customers personally by name.
