We offer secure buildings, clean, rent is based on income. We are HUD subsidized. We have a community garden in spring and summer. There's no shoveling or plowing in winter. Quiet peaceful community and the residents are all friendly. Must be 62 or older, handicapped of any age. Residents only pay for electric.
