The peak itself divides the 175.75 Acres and the ranch has great topography and elevation change giving the Ranch 3 distinct areas; the front, the back and the mountain in the middle. This makes the ranch feel so much bigger than its 175.75 Acres. Although a shared access off of Flat Creek Road gets you into the Ranch, both tracts have 150' of road frontage allowing an owner to not be encumbered by county restrictions. Just before the gate into the property you hit the lowest elevation of the ranch (approx. 1,420') and quickly start climbing up and around the foothills on the freshly built ranch roads weaving through beautifully manicured bottom land and around your private lake.
