Wilder, Idaho, established in 1919, is a small agricultural town located in western Canyon County near the Oregon border. The city was named after Marshall P. Wilder, a magazine editor. This project enabled the cultivation of various crops, including potatoes, sugar beets, onions, corn, grain, mint, and notably, hops, which are used in brewing beer.
