Thank you for your interest in our apartment community. We are a small property of only 50 apartments. At this moment we do not have any apartments available to show or move in . Sorry we do not have models and are 100% occupied.

We do have an outstanding 30 -day notice to vacate on a DOWNSTAIRS 2bed/ 2bath plan A .
Without having possession of the apartment. our GOAL is to have rent ready to view and/ or move in MAYBE 9.23.26.
Monthly Rental rate 2b2b A $ 2170 ($ 2100 base rent only + $ 70 water fee) 13- month lease. On approved Credit security deposit $ 1200 Plus $50 car gate remote

We have 1 swimming pool and 1 spa. We are pet friendly (call for pet policy), all apartments come with 24" electric apartment size stackable washer / dryer inside unit, intrusion alarms, Heating / AC, electric range, dishwasher... Every unit gets 1 assigned parking space, at this time we do not have any additional to rent, we have a wait list. Plus, Unfortunately, we do not have any garage to rent monthly (100% full) wait list too.
