We welcome up to two pets per home, including cats and dogs (dogs up to 60 lbs, breed restrictions apply). Please note: two dogs are not permitted. A one-time refundable deposit of $100 and a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 apply. Monthly pet rent starts at $35 for one cat, $50 for two cats or one dog, and $85 for a cat and dog combo.
