Founded in 1999 by Dwight Sandlin and Jonathan Belcher, Signature Homes began in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with a simple mission: to build great communities. After completion of their Baton Rouge communities, they quickly expanded their footprint, breaking ground on their first Birmingham community in 2000 and entering the Nashville market in 2012.
