RTS Homes was established in 2004 by Trevor Sikes with the mission of providing affordable homes in Hinesville, Georgia, for military families serving at Fort Stewart. Following his graduation from Georgia Southern University, Trevor launched his first homebuilding venture with a small community in Liberty County. In 2010, Miranda Sikes joined the company, becoming an integral part of its leadership team. She oversees the sales team, develops marketing initiatives, and manages interior design selections for RTS Homes communities. Through her efforts, the company continues to deliver thoughtfully designed homes with the features today's buyers seek while fostering strong relationships with industry professionals and real estate partners. Together, Trevor and Miranda Sikes have assembled a talented team of dedicated professionals who work both in the office and in the field.
