The Fairways

Set on landscaped grounds in Worcester's Burncoat neighborhood, The Fairways is a private community of townhomes for rent bordered by mature trees and conservation land. Our 1, 2, and 3 bedroom layouts have private front and back entrances, open floor plans, and noticeably more square footage than a typical apartment.
