To ensure the best living experience for our residents, we have the following screening criteria:
Household gross monthly income should be 2 times the rent plus utilities
Minimum credit score of 525
Background and credit screening is required
Utility Policies:
Landlord sets up and bills back to the resident for your share of electric, water, sewer, and trash at a flat fee.
Residents are responsible for setting up Xcel energy, cable, and internet services as desired.
