Screening Criteria:
To ensure the best living experience for our residents, we have the following screening criteria:
Household gross monthly income should be 2 times the rent plus utilities
Minimum credit score of 525
Background and credit screening is required

Utility Policies:
Utilities charges are allocated based on usage, sq. ft of home, and number of residents.
Gas, Water, Sewer, and Trash are billed based on allocation.
Residents are responsible for setting up Xcel energy, cable, and internet services as desired.

Fees:
Minimum Security Deposit: $500, due to secure your unit
Residents are required to provide proof of Renters Insurance or you will be signed up for liability to landlord insurance policy at a rate of $14.50 per month
