Each bedroom comes with an individual deadbolt and each resident has their own private mailbox. Convenience is everything…. Most apartment homes are fully furnished! Our furnished apartment homes include new modern design leather sofa and chair, dining table with two chairs, full size beds, built in desks with desk chair and bookshelf and much more! All apartment homes come with all appliances including a large refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave and full-size washer and dryer. Plus, utilities are included! Our property is designed with students in mind… not only are you close to USF, but you’re close to everything! Within walking distance you’ll find an Aveda salon, Chick-Fil-A, Jimmy Johns, coffee bar, sushi bar and much more!
