The Westhampton Plan

The Westhampton is a 3,245 square foot, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, two-story with a 2 car garage (3 car option available). The Westhampton has an open first-floor plan (the kitchen and great room are all one large room) which is great for everyday living. In addition, the first floor has a private family entrance (great for keeping your home clean and organized), a formal living room/office, powder room, as well as a dining room that is easily served from the kitchen. The upstairs has the master bedroom suite, as well as the 3 oversized bedrooms and a loft area. Many clients will also add a “Hearth Room” to the rear of the Westhampton to provide additional living space on the main level. Clients that require more space will finish the lower level of the Westhampton, often adding an additional bedroom, living room, and bar area, all while retaining a great deal of storage space. The Westhampton also offers a large extended 3rd car garage bay option that allows a tremendous amount of additional storage or indoor parking.
