The interior of the home has been freshly painted, professionally cleaned (including windows), new allergy and pet friendly floorcoverings have been installed throughout most of the house.
Sellers hired Sedona Home Inspection to inspect the home. Items identified in the report have been cared for. Refer to the report in property information book located inside the house. Also refer to SPDS for additional important info. The builder built this home with the needs of his wife in mind, who had limited mobility. He created a circular driveway, (in addition to the driveway that services the garage) to make it easy for her to get in and out of the car. Because he was of the "old school," he took great pain to insure that the house was solidly built.
