Welcome home to the Van Mark Apartments in Monroe, Louisiana. Monroe sits across the Ouachita River from it's sister city West Monroe, Louisiana. The two cities are known as the Twin Cities. Van Mark Apartments is off of Old Sterlington Road and Finks Hideaway Road with easy access to the Osterland Recreation Center, Bayou Desiard Country Club, and Pecanland Mall; with stores like American Eagle and Buckle. Here we consider ourselves to be preserving the beauty of being outside of downtown but offering that big city lifestyle.
