Built in 2017, Vine Maple Apartments offer 148 low-income affordable housing units in Portland’s East County. Relay Resources affordable housing apartments are competitively priced income-restricted properties intended for households earning 60% or less of the area median income. Household income must be at least 1.5 times the amount of the monthly rent.
