accessed by a deeded easement. As you enter the 62.3± acre tract along the gravel drive, you will be right in the middle of the 30± acres of tillable ground (mainly Class 2 and 3 Soils). The tillable ground is irrigated by a 10'' submersible electric well ensuring your crop will have the water it needs, and your duck hole will be full at the push of a button.
