Dave understood the challenges we would be facing since we were not living in the home at the time of sale. During the contract period we encountered multiple issues that had we been home we could have managed ourselves. Among Dave's many skills, we found that he had numerous relationships with folks who could attend to the issues that came up during the inspection period. Not only was Dave a wonderful agent, but he turned out to be a great property manager as well. My husband and I began our house hunt early this year and by chance we reached out to David DePaola through Zillow to go see the first home in our search. He was prompt to our appointment and was very honest about all the ins and outs of buying a house. As first time home buyers we instantly felt we could trust Dave and we decided to stick with him until we found our dream home. He made himself available to see several homes and he would thoroughly inspect the houses during our visits as much as we would. When we finally found the home we purchased he helped us to go in with a solid offer that ended up beating out another offer that was on the table. There were a few bumps along the way to get to closing, but Dave went above and beyond to help us out and make sure that we closed on the house in the timeline we wanted.
