I highly recommend Peter as a realtor if you are looking to buy or sell an apartment. I have known Peter for 20+ years. He is our family realtor. He has helped several family members as well as a friend purchase apartments in Forest Hills. If anyone asks me for a recommendation for a realtor, i always tell them to contact Peter. Peter performed a miracle in finding a buyer for a family member's co-op in the middle of the pandemic. He knows the business, is extremely professional and very responsive.

Peter was truly heaven sent. I was on the market for a Coop and didn't know where to begin. I told Peter my current situation and what I was looking for and he got straight to work. I was selling my coop during the pandemic and it was one of the worst times since my building was shut down for a long time, but Peter was there to guide me during the whole time. If you need to buy any place in Queens, Peter has over 35 years of experience.

When we first met Peter at an open house, he stayed an extra hour speaking to us about what we were looking for. But more importantly, he was listening. He was building a personal relationship to find the right fit based on our interests and needs. Peter worked with us, and did not waste time trying to push us into a place he didn't feel suitable. When the right place became available, we were the first ones to know. For anyone looking in Forest Hills or Rego Park, Peter's many years of experience and well developed connections make him an invaluable source to get key access to many new listings in the area.

Once we found the right place, Peter's familiarity with many of the co-ops was a helpful resource to assist us through the difficult, unfamiliar application process. Peter did everything he could to make sure we did not fail. He laid out the facts and advised us what needed to be done, then reviewed the whole package to make sure there are no errors so we make a great first impression with the co-op. The process of buying a new home can be stressful, but having Peter to guide us from beginning to end made the whole endeavor easier.
