The Estates and The Enclave have larger homes, between 2,500 and 4,800 square feet, and are located to the north of the neighborhood. The Regency, The Park and The Glen have smaller homes, including townhomes, and are located in the southern part of the neighborhood. Most of the traditional-style homes have garages and were built in the mid-2000s. The townhomes, some of which were built in 2016, sell for between $250,000 and $350,000.
