Scott has lived in the area for over three decades and has been in the real estate business for 15 years. “I’ve noticed people that are starting a family tend to move here,” Scott says. The Amazon Fulfillment Center and Target Distribution Center are the two major employers that bring in many jobs for residents, and out-of-towners. “They bring a lot of people from other parts of the country, it’s become a melting pot,” Scott says. “Greenbrier has a small-town feel, but not so much so that you feel like an insider, you can easily integrate into the community.”
