New traditional homes built since 1990 with colonial or Craftsman influences make up most of the market, though some ranch styles are mixed in. Prices for three- to four-bedroom houses typically range from $200,000 to $600,000, while larger properties in subdivisions like The Summit can cost up to $1.6 million. Most of these communities have a homeowners association fee. For example, McCoy Place’s fees are $150 annually and cover lawn care, maintaining water retention ponds and public spaces. Some land is for sale, starting at $75,000 for about a quarter of an acre.
