Established in 2013, Valencia Cove is one of the newer 55-plus planned communities in Boynton Beach built by GL Homes. Drawing a mix of snowbirds and primary residents, it’s become a respite from cold northeastern winters, yard work and, for some, loneliness. At the neighborhood’s sprawling clubhouse, neighbors join each other on the pickleball courts, comedy shows or one of the community's many clubs and organizations. “It’s nice.
