Broken Bow, located in the foothills of the Kiamichi Mountains in southeastern Oklahoma, is a small city with a population of around 4,000. It is approximately 20 miles from the Arkansas and Texas borders. The local economy thrives on tourism and the timber industry, with Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park being major attractions. The area north of Broken Bow has seen significant growth in tourism, featuring numerous luxury cabins that cater to visitors.
