All units are approximately 1,050 sq ft. Security deposit matches the base rent. 3BR has washer and dryer included with the unit. 2BR it can be rented for $40 a month. We accept pets. The policy is one dog or one cat, 20 pounds or less full grown. There is $400 deposit- $200 is nonrefundable- and there is a $40 a month pet rent fee. Tenant pays for water, sewer, and electric.
