Legacy Hills, an up-and-coming mixed-use development in Celina, has a price tag of $4.5 billion. "Legacy Hills is a Centurion American planned development. They are one of DFW's (Dallas-Fort Worth) largest master-planned developers," says Bob Powley, the Vice President of marketing and sales at M/I Homes. "M/I Homes partnered with them in the past.
