Littleton Road, however, carved out its own compact community of lower-priced properties. “While the rest of South Chelmsford is pretty rural, there’s a lot of condos and rental properties available here,” says Pat Dearborn, vice president for Coldwell Banker Residential, who’s been selling homes in the area for over 35 years. The north end of the neighborhood is zoned for industrial use and has access to Interstate 495, providing access to Boston in less than an hour.
