Plainville Road is the main commercial thoroughfare in Madison Place, a Columbia Township neighborhood that works to preserve its early 20th-century charm. With the exception of a few small restaurants, a handful of auto dealerships and a highly-rated Montessori school, the area is entirely residential. There’s an eclectic mix of architectural styles throughout Madison Place. Those looking to settle down here will find American Foursquares, bungalows, Cape Cods and Tutor-inspired houses. Lot sizes are typically less than 5,000 square feet, and home prices range from $200,000 to about $400,000. Cars park in tucked-under garages, narrow
