White Gate Home for Sale

White Gate is a small residential neighborhood with just under 200 homes, located near downtown Columbia. The community features a few eateries, the United Community Cathedral and some industrial facilities. Homes in White Gate are priced lower than those in other areas of the city, and some have an increased risk of flooding due to their proximity to Hinkson Creek.
