In Cuyahoga Falls, the community of Heslop Morningview is a suburban area surrounded by outdoor recreation and restaurants. The neighborhood is near one of the city’s largest parks, Water Works Park. The city's downtown district is just across the Cuyahoga River, with nearly 30 cafes, restaurants and breweries. State Route 8 is also nearby, making the 7-mile commute to Akron essentially a straight shot. “It’s a pretty desirable location,” says Nikki Fanizzi, Realtor with Re/Max Trends Realty, who has worked in the region for over 20 years. Sidewalks line Heslop Morningview's wide roads, which offer enough room for street parking when the driveway is full. Grassy front lawns are dotted with oak trees and shrubbery. “In that area, it’s mostly older, midcentury-type homes,” Fanizzi says.
