Northmoreland is a small neighborhood about 2 miles from Downtown Cuyahoga Falls. “It has a very, very homey feel,” says Realtor Nikki Fanizzi with Re/Max Trends Realty. Another draw is the neighborhood's proximity to downtown and the different events in the city. “There are several festivals and shops on Front Street,” Fanizzi says.
