Why Live in Lindberg

Lindberg is a small residential neighborhood on El Paso’s west side, in a coveted part of the city nicknamed the “Upper Valley.” Lindberg’s homes are competitively priced for the area, and it’s close to the El Paso Country Club. “It’s a very nice neighborhood, it’s very quiet, and there’s a lot of land,” says Martha Martinez, a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty who has been selling in the area since 2009. Most homes in Lindberg are Mission Revival or ranch-style, built between the 1970s and 1980s. They often have spacious lawns and two-car garages. Mature trees dot the front and backyards. Prices for two- and three-bedroom homes range from $240,000 to $355,000. That jumps to as much as $550,000 for bigger options. Buyers may need flood insurance since many parts of El Paso, including Lindberg, are prone to flooding. This is due to the city’s arid climate and the neighborhood’s proximity to the Rio Grande and the Franklin Mountains. The El Paso Independent School District serves the area and offers student transfers,
