Northtowne Village has seen many changes in recent years. While this area used to be just a patch of undeveloped land in Northeast El Paso, it went through a growth spurt after the first houses started going up in the 2000s. Over the past few decades, the village saw the arrival of several new features such as an elementary school, an apartment complex, a fire station and a dog park. Although construction is ongoing in certain parts of the neighborhood, Northtowne Village residents appreciate the tucked-away location and the easygoing pace of the community. “It’s a very quiet neighborhood,” Bella Estancias property manager Jennifer Martinez says. “We’re kind of a little hidden gem over here.” The neighborhood features a mix of Mission Revival and ranch-style homes, many of which have brick and stucco exteriors and shingle roofs.
