Why Live in Pebble Hills Park
Located in eastern El Paso, south of U.S. Route 62 and west of Texas State Highway Loop 375 the Pebble Hills Park neighborhood offers suburban living at a relatively affordable price point. Surrounding its namesake park, brick ranch homes from the 1970s, with a handful of other styles, line the streets. “It’s the original east side,” says Allison Dillard, a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty. “Everything east of the 375 Loop didn’t used to be there.” The neighborhood meets the needs of residents who want the suburban feel without being on the far outskirts of town. “If you’re okay with a slightly older home, it’s a great place to be,” Dillard says. Ranch-style homes line the wide streets, some with southwestern adornment or midcentury modern accents, and sandy or gravel yards with sculpted evergreen shrubs and palm trees. “It’s a lot of brick homes in that area,” Dillard says. A handful of split-levels can also be found. Homes typically feature attached garages. Clean sidewalks and the wide-open sky create an expansive atmosphere. “It’s a mix of townhomes and stand-alone homes,” Dillard says. Prices for single-family homes range from $180,000 to $325,000.
