Why Live in Sunset

Nine miles northwest of downtown El Paso, the Sunset neighborhood sits right on the Texas-New Mexico border and offers larger lots only a few minutes from Interstate 10, providing easy access into the heart of the city. “Sunset is in the Upper Valley of El Paso, which is very green – that’s why people like that area,” says Realtor Sue Jane Woo with Sandy Messer and Associates. “People move out there because they want the land. Indeed, portions of the neighborhood are on the other side of the Texas-New Mexico border. Woo says the most popular homes are waterfront, on the Texas side. "On Gary Lane, there’s a lake, and there are houses that back up to the lake. Everybody loves
