Veteran’s Park is a little neighborhood in northeast El Paso that draws homebuyers for its convenient yet quiet location. “I was born and raised around here, and it’s always been kind of a peaceful little retreat,” says Jennifer Ceniceros, a Home Pros Real Estate Realtor with more than five years of experience working with clients in the area. “It’s true what they say – that everything’s bigger in Texas. Prices start at close to $125,000 and climb to just over $350,000, a range typical for northeast El Paso, but well below the national median. “It’s very affordable compared to the rest of the country, even the rest of the city,” Ceniceros says.
