Multiple industrial plants and quarries surround Westaway, while the highway gives residents access to job centers. “Westway is a very small neighborhood,” says Denise Lee, Realtor with Home Pros Real Estate Group. “It does have an elementary school, which is very convenient for the people that live there, and for a lot of kids, it's within walking distance.” Single-family, ranch-style homes can range from $130,000 to $250,000. Two-story Spanish Revivals and New Traditionals can cost between $250,000 and $310,000. Plots of land are available throughout the area. Properties tend to stay on the market for about 133 days, longer than the national average of 47. The community does not have a homeowners association.
